Sure. 2 ports on the card... just plug a monitor into each and go into Display/Settings to activate Extended Desktop.

If that's the 7070n you have, then you cannot run two monitors. It only has one VGA output. You DO have SVGA and Composite outs, though, so you could run it to your TV if you wanted.
