64 Bit Motherboard Drivers

ok, here goes
i just put xp pro 64 bit on my pc. problem is, the drivers for the motherboard are not compatable. the motherboard is an MSI K8N Neo4-F. so, it doesnt recgonize the ethernet port so i cant get on the internet and get new ones. ive tried to download them with another computer and move them over and install them and the computer simply will not open the file. i need to know how to get drivers that will enable me to use the ethernet port on the motherboard. that way i can get on the internet and fix all the other minor problems. So what driver do i need and how do i get it on the computer?

Download the nForce4 System Drivers, it's a complete driver install for XP64. Just burn it to a CD, and install it that way.

I downloaded the drivers and burned them to a cd and put it in and when i double click on the setup icon it doesnt do anything. it just sits there. after about 30 seconds the dvd drive stops spinning and it just sits there. i also tried using a flash drive to move it over and i get the same results. it wont open at all.

If i try to extract all the compressed files it says 'Error Reading the File'. So that doesnt work

Very odd. I downloaded here, and unzipped them just fine. I'm assuming you're unzipping the files on your regular XP machine?

Yeah, at first i tried to unzip on the 64 bit machine and it didnt work. The same error message. then i tried it on the regular xp machine and i get the same result. even when i downloaded it three different times.
