I like it as well.

I have a ZM-GWB2 on a 9800pro and it does a wonderful job for the money. Zalman builds some pretty good stuff.

*MOVED*

The Resonator isn't good for a high wattage application. It would work great for a lower power AMD system that is used in an environment with a low ambient temperature. Or it could be used in addition to a high wattage system with an exsisting active radiator. I think if I used it on my 840EE I could use it to brew coffee just install a spigot to dispense the coffee. hhhmmm that would make for an interesting mod. Very Happy

How is the thermal conductivity of coffee?

Seriously, most pumps degrade quickly when the temps get to warm. At least, that is my understanding.

I've heard good and bad about them, but I'd certainly be interested to try one out for myself. Since it's a fanless setup, you'd be losing some cooling efficiency, but it's also very quiet. It would work pretty well for me, in a studio environment.

Yeah I used mine on my older amd throughbred xp2700
I think that one sucked about 85 watts compared to 100 odd of an intel.
My numbers are inacurate.
But I hooked it up to my new amd chip If i remember correctly under load the temps were aroubd 30 deg. does that sound too low or am i retarded? lol

depends on the chip, the load and the ambient temperature and how long that load was sustained.
