i recently changed my DDR Speed Settings, and when i restarted, the compuer itself turns on, but the monitor dosent turn on, after waiting for a couple of minutes tryin to figure out what happened, there was a beeping noise comming from the harddrive from the inside. can anyone tell me whats rong, im thinking the hard drive burned out,

Your Memory settings are too high. Depends on the motherboard what it will take to clear it. Many new Mobo's all you need to do is unplug the AC power for a few seconds. (remember that some 5V stays on when power is off) If not, then a BIOS reset aka cmos clear is needed, at which point you will need to check all your bios settings. Consult with your motherboard manual for how to do all this.
