I am looking into buying an Aspire X-Cruiser for a new computer that i am building. I want to use an MSI K8N Neo4-F motherboard in it. I need to know if the usb, audio, and firewire connections will match those found on the motherboard.

Thanks for the Help,
Brian

Hey, Brian. Welcome to TweakNews!

The connectors in that case should work fine for your application, but you should always double-check the pin-out diagrams that come with your motherboard to make sure. The connectors in the case are well labeled and in the unlikely event that they don't match, it's a simple task to switch the connections around in the connector to get what you need.

You can look at the online manual here:

ok, thanks

I see how to connect the temp gauge, the fan controler, and all the usb ports. but it doesnt really say a whole lot about the volume gauge and the audio ports. i really dont think that the MSI K8N Neo4-F motherboard has and audio port connection since it has onboard sound. Will it still work?

Virtually all motherboards on the market have onboard sound. Look at the online manual for the motherboard you want to use and you'll see that there will be pinheaders for audio connections.
