hey guys, incase u dont know, 3dmark 06 is out, i was able to DL it from a torrent file actually 6 hours after it was released, WE DO NOT ALLOW ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES ON TWEAKNEWS cause with out the full version u cant really test the machine that well. anyway heres my scores: but first the setups

yah they are brutal, but u never ran the "feature tests" or the "batch tests" so thats why ur scores are higher than mine.

i apologized to the moderators for making a mistake, its not ur place to point fingers, most certainly i did not apreciate being patronized. thanks for the advice fuss, but i think ill continue to enjoy my free software, and so will the others who emailed me.

hm... love love love is in the air... file sharing is not a no touch subject here... we just dont have many legal files to share... personally, all of my lyrics, i share with people... i think i would call that file sharing... but since they belong to me, im not doing anything wrong am i..

Nathan, mr bloke here brought up a great point... we have people from all over the world as members of this site... we say, no talking of illegal mattters... but it needs to be defined more clearly since every country has different laws.

Since there is a free version of the software available to be downloaded and tried... a trial version, i dont think that there is anything wrong with the post... post on topic... no flame threads tonight. If anyone else has anyhting to say to a single individual, PM them, thats what its there for..

The truth of the matter is that unless you have been living on Mars, in a cave with your eyes closed and your fingers in your ears, then you *KNOW* that file sharing and key gens are considered illegal or at least frowned upon in MOST countries, therefore you should understand that when you post about such things, you are going to get a lot of people rubbed up the wrong way.

Having been on the receiving end of a police investigation into "computer crimes" I can tell you it's NOT FUN having all your equiptment and data removed for investigation and being on police bail for an extended period of time, having to check into the police station once every few weeks and wondering if your about to be charged with a crime yet.

Try facing a prison sentance of a few years and then post about how good file sharing and other "activities" are on the internet.

Like many things in life, if you do them and they are not considerd to be legit in everyday conversation, then you keep them to yourself. If you had sex with goats and it was legal to do so in your country, would you go about telling everyone that you did so, I doubt it because you know most people would frown upon such a thing.
Did you not notice a distinct LACK of any topics about file sharing or key gens on the TweakNews forums? this would be your first indicator that it is not discussed here.
