| when you talk about large living rooms vs small studio spaces, what sort of dimensions are we talking about? my living room is about 10'x20' if you include the open kitchen, and l want a system that can fill the room without rattling the upstairs neighbors. the logitech z5300e system l have now is good for games but meh for quality music. also, the subwoofer crossover threshold [if l understand the term] is too high, and even with the sub turned all the way down l can't crank anything with any bass to it. right now l'm trying to choose between the lx4s, the creative gigaworks 7.1, and the klipsch pro 5.1s; so any information you can give will be helpful. |

Your living room is about the same size as mine, you would be fine with the LX4's. By large living room I mean something larger than 20x20. You can get around that if you get the expansion set, and set your soundcard to 4-channel stereo. _________________ Big enough to scare you |
