little hanging bug... Its getting to me..

Okay I just did a fresh install.... Complete fresh install.

So I FULLY formatted my 200gb HDD (took forever I might add)

Installed Windows XP Pro SP2

Installed new chipset, audio, graphics, network drivers.

as well as FLash, Java, some codecs

Bittorrent(azureus) and UseNext Clients

For some reason when I start up Azureus to continue a download(or start a new one for that matter) The computer will hang for about 3mins before it catches up or figures out what it was supposed to do. I "can" install a backup of Windows MCE 2005 to see if it will do any different (as this is all a fresh install anyway... )

What do you guys think could be causing the problem

I thought maybe a problem with just JAVA but it did it just now when I loaded a Flash game.

works fine other than that. Although I havent tried too much other things. You guys think possibly its a heat issue with either the graphics card or the CPU?

I use to use bittorrent and had a similar problem. Tried everything and was just about to re-formatt when i said i'd try one more thing. I reinstalled chipset drivers and this fixed my problem. Try it it may help and won;t hurt anyway.

eh... well the intel one didnt do anything..... the one from dell actual installed something... but This is still hangin. A little more so now after I did that.
