been playing this game for about 2 days now. Its really nice, the only thing i cant stress is all these new games only supporting 4:3 resolutions my lcd's native resolution is 1280x1024 and isnt supported by f.e.a.r so i have to run at 1024x768 which kinda looks ugly with the jaggies.
but other then that i love this game, kinda scary at some times. and the bullet time is just awesome to play with. |

I played the full version at a friends house the other day. Single player is pretty awesome as its so much longer. Slo-mo is a nice twist that you really need to use to progress through the game.
I personally hated the online demo, and didn't play online with the full version. IMO its a good bargin bin buy when it gets down to $20 _________________ A7N8X Deluxe Rev 1.04

I've got it set at 1280x960, which seems to work just fine.........looks good, runs smooth, all that jazz. Have to look in the config file for where to set it to 1280x1024, though. It's odd that the game doesn't support that right out of the box, or larger widescreen monitors. Even the old Serious Sam games do (really!) _________________ Big enough to scare you |

I agree F.E.A.R is prob one of the best Fps games I have ever played.
Amazing Gfx and gameplay- makes doom 3 look like a bike ride lol.
I also love the original Call of duty and the expansion pack and of course Call of duty 2
I like lcd screens but you just cant beat the Ye old clunky Crt for refreshrate, dot pitch/vert. synch and dpi. :)
-Que the lcd enthusists hehe.
