Im pretty happy with these headphones. Since I am still living at home, my parents room being next to mine I have to be quiet in the wee hours so they can sleep. These headphones are my saviour for that, before I was using crappy lil things. Though I am still astonished at the price of them.

I just got my pair of these today, and i <3 them! I wish the mic wasnt wobbly on the clip, mine never seems to stay pointed up near my face.

The ventilation thing is an issue of balance between ventilation and bass response. If you were to poke a few more holes big enough to give noticably better ventilation, your frequency response would roll off.

Yosh...........stick a little ball of silly putty or some such in the hole for the clip mount. That should stick it in place, but still allow you to move it.
