hi all

i purchased one of these off ebay but it came without the power adapter. i can not find the specs on it anywhere. i googled, checked their site, downloaded many PDFs and checked replacement parts suppliers - but nobody would give up the vlotage and amperage output of the power adapter.

I need this because i don't want to spend $70 on a replacent adapter when i could potentially build one out of spare parts or simply use a universal adapter.

if you have ine of these players, the info i am looking for is on the underside of the power adapter (the side that faces the outlet) it usually reads something like this:
output: X volts Y amps

please help me before i throw caution to the wind and end up frying a perfectly good player...
