Stuck with a pci slot cant change mobo its an hp and would be a pain.
Just wanted to know ur guys take on whats the best pci card out there.

I don't think there really is one. A quick look says a radeon 9250 or fx5700 is about the most powerful chips in PCI. Of course PCI bus is pretty limited in its bandwidth, so a greater gpu may be wasted anyway. The bright side is they all are in the $100 area or less.
Prolly a 9250, IMO.

What model HP is it? Depending on the proc, RAM, and PSU, you might see no improvement at all with a better card than you already have.
