Ran some benchies, dead stock speeds, looks pretty good for "value" RAM. And, I gotta say........I ordered this stuff Thursday night, pretty late, scheduled 3 day delivery was supposed to be Wednsday..........it got here today!!
I'll probably re-OC to 3.2ghz, and see how she holds up. After I clean my case up, and reorganize stuff. My airflow sucks right now.

New benchies. Already ran 3DMark05 as a death-test, ran solid. I'll leave it this way and run Prime95 on it when I go to bed

I'm not sure how accurate those synthetic "comparisons" are......but if they're good, and I'm beating PC5300 on a 955 chipset......... 
Prime95 ran all night, no hiccups, proc stayed at a steady 45-47c. I know, I was up all night.  $%#^@$&# schizo neighbors.
Gonna go for another speed bump, see if I can hit 3.2ghz stable.
