What thermal compound are you using and how thick did you apply it?

Arctic silver 5 is the compound of choice when I last checked. Remember to apply a really thin layer. You should be able to make out that there is writing on the cpu but not quite what it says.

I used some Thermaltake stuff I got from a buddy. I believe it was a ceramique compound, but it might just be cheap grease.

It should be good but try get your hands on some AS5 and see if it helps your cause. Its a cheap fix and can make a big difference.
