After the wedding next month i will be shopping around for a new chip. I have it narrowed down to two chips. The 4000+ and the x2 3800+. They are the s=exact same price here at the local shop.
Question is which one to get? I 95% only use system for gaming. I read reviews on them and the 4000 seems a little better for gaming but if i can oc the 3800 to get 2.4- 2.5 Gig as most are able on air then that shouldn't that do better than the 4000.

I would say the single core for purely gaming, myself. But..........I'd probably buy the dual core for bragging rights. _________________ Big enough to scare you

It depends on what you use your computer for. If you strictly game and you only use it for one game at a time then get the 4000+. But if you like to do any multi-tasking then I would get the X2. And besides if you get the X2 then you would be able to kick out twices as many cands on D2OL as the single core. *wink wink nudge nudge hint hint* _________________ I tweaked and it tweaked back!
