I am looking into some better cooling for my 9800 pro AIW. I was looking at the Vantec Iceberq 5 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16835110109 , but I am not sure if it will work. I know alot of others wont work because of the TV tuner. It only says 9800, 9800 pro, and 9800xt. If anyone has used it or anyone who knows tell me before I get it?

Unless a cooler specifically states that it will fit an AIW card, it probably won"t.
I use an ARCTIC COOLING VGA SILENCER REV. 3 on my AIW, seems to do well. I also use ram sinks for the memory. Hope this helps.

yea it does help. I was looking at the rev. 3, but the reviews at newegg said that it doesn't reach to the end of the pci slot and the hot air cycles back in. It is also out of stock at newegg.

I have the Arctic Cooler 3 on my 9600Pro......and while it doesn't quite reach the end of the PCI slot, it's still shooting alot of the air out. Considering you're looking at a cooler that will blow the hot air directly into the case, and over any PCI cards you have..............

It's hard to say if that Vantec will fit and AIW or not......I'd have to say not, from the looks of it.

Mine works fine, you can feel the warm air coming out the back of the case.

SVC has em" for $15 http://svc.com/vga-rev3.html

As soon as I get my new mobo, neither will I. I have a network card and an IDE card.......but once I get set up, I won't need them anymore.
