'not really bout the site really i guess, i was just wondering if there was a tweaknews irc channel?

There isn't, but I remember there was talk about maybe setting up a members only chat. I dunno.
At the moment most of us talk to each other thru IM.

This was discussed a while back, it was decided it would defeat the idea of the forum, and move talk to IRC, where it cannot be read again in the future by other people sharing problems etc.
