Need to add Ram "1 gig stick or 2 512 sticks"

I currently have 1 gb of ram and would like to add another gb for Battlefield 2
should I buy a 1 gb stick or 2 512mb sticks. Currently I have 2 sticks

Mother Board = Intel D865GBFLK i865g
Pocessor = 2.8ghz prescott
Ram = Kingston KVR400Z64C3AK2

I'd go 2 x 512 of the same memory ddr 400. Dual channel will give the best performace out of your system. Get some good ram like corsair , kingston or geil ect.... The value lines of these companys are a great start and have moderate Oc ability, plus the price is great.

Ideally you would want two more sticks just like the ones you have, if that is possible.

Well it seems like 2 sticks is the way to go and yes I can buy the same model number of ram that I currently have.

yeah it looks like the stuff you already have is Cas3 so your best bet is to get the same as you havel already. Should reduce any chance of problems.
