Ok i have disabled alot of windows services which i deemed unimportant for my circumstances but now i cant download the windows updates Shock


Could anyone tell me the services/combination of services that are responsible for this?

Automatic updates and Background intellegent updater.

BIU is required to do it manually and you can leave AU off if you prefer. That's the way I do it. I re-disable the services as soon as I'm done, also.
