I used to have a working PS2 emulator ages ago. If I remember correctly it was called PSX Emulator.
As for the SNES, try googling for "snes emulator" I used to have one too but didn't know if it worked since I had no games to play. I can't remember the name. _________________

I use ZSNESW for the old games that I cannot get my hands on for my real SNES (cause the games are $100+ ) If you can't find it, TH, let me know and I can get it to you.
As for PS2....I dunno I have a PS2kinda so I don't need an emulator for one, ... _________________

I've never been able to get any "3d" emulators to work. But I've had tons of luck with nes and snes emulators working. Like people have said Snes9x and Znes and the best ones, that I've used anyway. _________________ Love Is Not Enough... |

I've had a few of both that work, reasonably well, but that said.....
The emulators are coded for a specific range of games, usually whatever the programmer has. Not all games use the same BIOS code, and since the BIOS in PS2 games is actually on the CD, there's no way to guarantee they'll all work.
Since this would be considered "hacking", I can't really say much more than that. _________________ Big enough to scare you |

Hi,
After quite a few trial and errors and a pile of coasters I managed to finally get my ps2 (mod) to run SNES roms, thought I would pass on this method as there are many people struggling to get the emu's to work.
I used the Nero burner version 6.6.0.8
Try downloading the SNES Station from gamebase and extract the following 4 files from it:
Install
S9x1.39
SNES_EMU.ELF
System
put these in a new folder
take all your roms with the .smc extentions and put them in another new folder
Open up Nero and select the burn data disc option
add the 4 snes station files then also add the folder with your roms in it, set the burn speed at x2 and hopefully this should do the trick.
good luck
