I've got a problem with my computer. I don't remember installing anything in the past couple of days... anyways, everytime I start the computer it starts with the lowest possible resoulution (less than 800x600) and I have to change it everytime back to what it was.
Does anyone know what could cause this so I don't have to resort to system restore.. even though my restore point is from two days ago before it happened.
thanks for the replies in advance

Unistall everything and then reinstall?
Including the hydravision software, control box, and everthing else?
Or just reinstall over the existing drivers?

just the video driver, then go into windows and download the latest one from your video card manufacture site.

did you maybe play a game on your system that you'd previously installed but hadn't tried out yet... they are notorious for screwing with your video drivers.

like they said, uninstall and reinstall... i'd say everything, not just the drivers themselves. another utility that controls the settings could be corrupted as well.

Back up your current driver first just in case the new driver has complications.
