CIVICS ARE NOT FAST THEY NEVER WILL BE! trust me a stock V8 firebird will own any civic you put at it trust me i see it all the time in my area we have a big raceing scene including Texas World Speedway. and btw 2bars of boost doesnt make any sence its refered to shots 100shot means 100hp instantly from nitrous 50shot 200shot w/e thats waht people go by not by bars and btw mod a firebird the same amount as the civic and see who wins. |
Not antagonizing, just informing:
Gmoney mentioned that the Nissan was a TT - twin turbo. Both supercharged and turbo motors create boost, or pressure, in the air intake by compressing the air. This pressure is often measured in bars or psi- which is more common. He was not referring to a nitrous system.

Absolutely not- think of it this way. Essentially, a turbo can be added to any motor. Thus turbos "pwnz" and "roxors", as translated to illeterate speak. |

| true but i would rather have 450hp of pure muscle than haveing to use a turbo or superchager to get the same power. why do you think the RAM SRT-10 can get about 70-80% of its power from the start, because its useing a pure muscle Viper V10. |

Thats not cool. Toyota in a chevy? N*E*Wayz...my dad blew up his engine racing against me... I feel bad cuz that was a 950 HP Small Block pure motor (domed pistons, 600 lift cam, 15:1 compression ratio, etc...) he smoked the crap out of me though. I'll get some pic of the motor tommorrow.
In my opinon.....everyone has there own ways of getting power. But i would go with getting the most out of an engine than to go blown, turbo, or Nos. Besides.... Its less probs to worry about when things go wrong, and it shows your not a punk and just want to slap on a turbo or Nos. But thats just me....i grew up around muscle. _________________ Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe, AM2 4600 x2, 150GB Raptor Exteme, 7900GTX in SLI Corsair XMS DDR2 CAS3, Custom DD Water Cooling |

No.. I have that one. It's a VU meter. It does Voltage, VU, and Temperature, in that order.
Picture can be found here.

Works off of a standard Molex connector, plugs into your serial port, then the included software monitors your CPU usage, and makes the gauge "rev up" with usage, redlining the tach during gaming sessions. I was gonna order one today, but they're out of stock for a month. Darnit. _________________ Big enough to scare you |
