I can help with this. I used to play in a band and we made t shirts all the time. IMO "Virginia T's" was a good company from which to buy the plain shirts. I suggest buying "Hanes Beefy Ts". The last for every and are comfortable too, an important aspect cause I'm going to wear mine a lot.

As for the printing of the logo, Nate have you found anyone yet? There's a couple of good places I think here in NC. I'll look around.
