Lots of problems with their previous boards.

Not dissin your machine, it is a nice piece of hardware. Just be mindful of any problems sneaking up on you.

I havent had any trouble with my gigabyte boards. In fact gigabyte was the first one that was able to run my EE without some tweaking. All the gigabyte boards I have used have all been stable and reliable.

Nice looking system dene! enjoy that beast.

Very nice!

Only thing I can say is maybe clean up them wires a bit. They look good loomed, just making most of them disappear and neatening the visible ones are about the only things left to do.

Either way, looking good.

Agreed, Gigabyte boards are very stable, use quality components, I like 'em. In fact, I use them pretty much exclusively in my sound engineering systems that I build. Never tried OC'ing with one, though, since that's pretty much a no-no for audio production systems.

Looks sharp.......what's the little red toggle on the inside of the case for, the Thermaltake logo?

sweet rig Dene Get those cables away from the CPU and out of the way and you'll be golden.

Gigabyte had a bad run for a while in there last gen boards (XPs and early p4) they fitted them with some poor quality cappaciters which swelled and blew, I have had a lot of problems with that range of board. Other than that period tho I have had no issues with them and after such mojor problems I doubt they will make that mistake again

Your board should be fine, just watch for swelling components.

As long as you are 100% positive the OC is perfectly stable.....you are ok.......my machine is used primarily for audio engineering as well....and ive never had an issue...=]
