Vivendi Universal Games has released a playable demo for SWAT 4, allowing you to try out this this sequel to 2000's Best Tactical/Shooter Game of the Year in the works at Irrational Games. SWAT 4 allows players to take control of a squad of up to five police officers tasked with performing dangerous operations such as high-risk arrests, hostage rescue and counter-terrorism. As the unit's commander, players must follow authentic police tactics as they breach and clear a concrete jungle filled with armed felons and innocent bystanders alike. SWAT 4 will be released this spring.

actually swat used to be an awesome game way back then. Maybe this will be too.

I tried the demo.....damn good game by the looks of it...just the demo lasts 15 minutes till i completed it on hard

yeah the demo is a joke... its prolly gonna be a fun game though

Meh I didn't think it was that great. Just seems like a cut down version of Rainbow Six to me. I prefer any Rainbow Six to this game, or Swat 3. Swat 3 I thought was acctually fun. Also I prefer Swat 3's graphics to this, seems like they are trying to much with it, and only making it half way. Meh.

CS:S is no wher near CS 1.6 is, source is pretty and all but its so easy to get kills and its no where near ready for competition the game is too easy.
