TV Wonder Issues

I don't know if I should have posted this elsewhere but I got a PCI TV wonder. And it's magnificent. Except it doesn't work.

I mean I popped it in, I threw thed rivers online and then...... I plugged in my composite cable. and then.... it didn't work. It won't show the television. IF I push the capture button it'll take the picture and it'll be what's on TV. but it won't show the fershlugginer TV. It makes me sad.

I'm running XP w/o Service Pack 1. I'm sending in the signal on a normal RCA a/v cable (composite). I'm running a satellite signal into it, but If I run a coax signal into it, does the same thing.
