Trouble installing PHPbb 2.0.11 forums

Hye guys, i started a website and want to have some forums on there.... i'm pretty new at the whole website thing, so i'm still stumbling through all this. Anyway I installed WAMP5 server on it (windows Apache MySQL PHP ) to run the HTTP.... it has PHP 5 and 4.3.10, MySQL 4.1.8 installed...... anyway, I uncompressed the PHPbb forum files into my forums directory, went to the install.php page, but i can't get past that !

. I don't need to install MS acces or anything if i have MySQL installed, right? So my DSN would be localhost...... Should the database name, username, and password be anything special or is that all up to me?

Here are the errors i get:

Ok i went into PHPmy Admin.... do I want to create a new databse for the forums to run in inside of MYSQL? Would i want it to be ascii or what?

OK i got a database setup and installed PHPbb.... but after the basic install i get this message :

message_die() was called multiple times. This isn't supposed to happen. Was message_die() used in page_tail.php?

What do i do?

Might want to update to phpBB 2.0.13. There's a critical update involved and anyone can access the ACP (I've done it).
