Could anyone offer some overclocking advice for my system below? I purchased the motherboard and memory with the intent to overclock them comfortably, but not too extreme. I've browsed some OC reviews, but many of them are using either the 2.4 or the 3+ P4's, not the P8 that I have.

I'm aiming for a decent system for everyday tasks plus some occassional high-end gaming and DV editing.

Base System:
. P4 2.8 HT 800MHz FSB 512Kb with stock heatsink & fan
. DFI LanParty Pro875 (Canterwood chipset)
. 512mb PC3200 Corsair Twinx (2 x 256mb)
. ATI Radeon 9800 (non-pro) 128Mb
. 1Gb (512Mb x 2) Dual Channel Corsair TwinX DDR400 PC3200
. single Western Digital WD1200JBRTL 7200rpm IDE 160GB, ATA-100, 9.0ms, 8MB cache SE
. Antec 350W PSU

Notes:
. standard case includes a couple of extra fans, in addition to the PSU and chip-mounted fans
. system also includes DVD+RW, CDROM, superdisk & standard floppy

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

...forgive me for the confusion, my system has 1GB total memory. Please refer to the second Corsair entry not the first.

We have a section specifically for overclocking. I'm sure a mod/admin will most this thread to that section.

Also, if you read the OC section you'll find all your answers without even needing to ask.

There are several threads relating to this help in the overclocking section where I moved this thread to.

Please read those other overclocking posts and they will help you.

No sense retyping what is already posted.
