You don't have to add that target name just to access the console. Go to options, keyboard, then advanced and check the console box. Those may not be the exact directions to it, but it's somewhere close to that. I'm sure you can find it.

got my console up wid "-console" in properties but the "ai_resume" isnt worcking

I must be dumb cause this is early in the game. I only have the crowbar and the pistol. I am making my through the canals and am stuck in a large open courtyard. There was a wooden bridge with barrels under it but I blew up the barrels and partially destroyed the bridge. There are also two metal grates across part of the canal like flood gates or something. I am surrounded by two story high walls. I have tried stacking everything I can and climbing, but it will not let climb out. Any help? PLEASE?

I know where you are....
go under the bridge that you partialy destroyed, there are two big drainage pipes, one has dirt all mounded up in front of it with a small opening at the top, climb up here and crawl through. you will have to move the drums to get through

So can any1 tell me how to restore A.I; the "ai_resume" command doesnt worck, any other suggestions xept reinstall?

I don't believe you need to go as far as reinstalling the game. Try loading up a save point farther back then the one you are using, if you haven't done that all ready.

ai_disable 0

From what i understand this only happens in the warez version of the game. This isnt a stolen game is it.

...did ai_disable 0 i console but say wen i get to the point wen i get a weapon for my boat they open up and just stand in 1 place, tried a save before that 1 and still nothing

I think the fact that you say that your copy of the game is not related to Steam has something to do with this.

actualy my friends told me how to make a console and the ai_disable 0 bit even before i could read it here :P and anyway i feel hopeless wid the game so im gona get rid of it, ppl say its stort too

I am on the beaches with my antlion friends in my control. I have stormed two pillboxes and taken them, but there appears no way in or around the others and nowhere else to go. There is a tunnel behind one of them, but it is blocked by boulders. Any ideas?
