First of all, why are you plugging your 2.4C 800Mhz FSB in a board that only supports 533Mhz?

One of my friend use the same mobo with Corsair PC3500 DDR Ram and an Asus 8420 Geforce 4 Ti 4200 64MB DDR-RAM (overclocked 265/575) graphics card, 2 x Western Digital Caviar Special Edition 8MB Cache Harddisks (Raid 0), Windows XP Home. This settings might work also for you:

3424 MHz (check your CPU cooling first).

FSB: 285
DRAM Frequency: 266 (3:2)
CPU Vcore: 1.535
DDR Voltage: 1.50
Performance Mode PAT: Turbo
CPU Config: HT Hyperthreading Technology on
Chipset: Performance Acceleration Mode: on
DRAM Timing: 3-8-4-4 (Nathan's setting)

This is the LAST thread crap/whoring I'm going to tolerate from both of you.

DMW and CoolJoe,

Keep up the arrogant sarcastic attitude guys and you will be suspended from the forums.

Myself along with a few others are getting sick and tired from your sarcastic, arrogant comments towards me, the website and other forum members. I know you guys do help and I DO appreciate it, but counteracting it by mocking me, the site and other members will not be tolerated from now on.

Consider this your last warning. I have stomached it enough.

this has gotten absolutely ridiculous, not to mention immature, unprofessional and downright disrespectful. the type of behavior which you have both demonstrated (DMW and CooLJoE) is completely uncalled for. i would expect such attitudes from children, however not from adults.

what you both fail to realize, is that this is a business. Nathan is a business man. plain and simple. in much the same way that a business professional in a traditional brick and mortar establishment would promote his services and products, Nathan is doing the same. it is called marketing, gentlemen. it is good business sense.

you would not dare go into a shop and mock the owner for trying to sell his services and products. do not have any less respect for Nathan than you would for a traditional brick and mortar business professional.

as Nathan clearly stated, this type of attitude will no longer be tolerated. i too will be keeping my eye out for such snide remarks, and they will be immediately deleted and the poster will be warned/banned.

this is a professional business website. while you are here, you will behave appropriately. your input and help is appreciated, and as such, it would be a waste to loose you as members. however the attitude that has been demonstrated in this and other threads, has no place in these forums.

that is the end of this subject. there will be no further need to clarify where we stand on this issue.

finally, to -Scott-, i apologize, however this thread must be closed. this has nothing to do with your subject, as i am certain you've assertained by yourself. the topic however has been discussed extensively in other threads. there are several devoted just to P4 2.4s. feel free to take this up again in any of those and we will be happy to help you through.
