I just bought a new system

P4C800-E
P4 2.6C with Thermalright slk-900-u
1GB OCZ PC4000 Dual Chan Gold

and need help overclocking it. I was kinda hoping to run it at 1GHZ FSB like this link http://www.tomshardware.com/motherboard/20030812/index.html
I took at look at the bios but can't figure it out. Like where do I set the FSB to 250, change vdimm, voltage and any other settings I may need to change. I know how to change timings though:) If someone has a link or the patience to point me in the right direction that would be appreciated.
Thanks,

GJ
