I NEED HELP a guide would be appriciated!

Abit IS-7E
P4 2.4C 800fsb
Corsair VS pc3200 1x512
80 WD gig
Radeon 9500>Radeon 9700 o/c'd

Im new need help to run at stable 3.0ghz if possible! Thankz!

How about reading the entire eight pages of the Overclocking a 2.4C Thread? That would help. Read your mobo and your memory manuals.
