Any good broadbamd tweaks out there?

hey guys, I'm looking to host a website from home (through my DSL line.... I know, i know, low bandwidth but it'l do the trick for now) and I need all the bandwidth i can get. are there any good tweaks that'll benefit me in any way?

www.dslreports.com has ALOT of tweaktests and speed tests for you. Get Dr. TCP and it'll help you configure your broadband.
