Anyone know what's going on with the HL2 vouvhers? I've been expecting an e-mail soon but haven't recieved anything. Looked around ATi's site and couldn't really find anything, besides entering all my info again.

| The code that is on the voucher, type that into steam under browse games where it says register a product i already own, and then it will give you the bronze package or you can pay $10 more for the Silver package or $40 more for the Gold Package. |

No I'm not talking about downloading the game. It would take me 6 months to download it. I was wondering about the retial versions.

If I am correct you dont get a retail version. All you get is the DL'able bronze version. Pretty nifty marketing stunt huh?

I think you can get the retail version....you were supposed to fill something out on ati's site and mail some stuff in like the UPC code...

Yeah, if you haven't aready redeemed your code online, you should be able to sign up somewhere and get the retail version delievered (you do pay shipping though)
Look on the voucher itself. It should give you a direct link to a site.

Yeah I filled all that stuff out and mailed in everything a year ago. I just figured they would send some kind of confirmation or be requestion shipping and handling payments soon. Maybe they just haven't sent anything out yet.

Just an update for anyone wanting to know about getting the retail version with a voucher:
Once Half Life 2 is released, you will be notified via email and then the
game will be shipped. As for the upgrade, you will have to contact Steam as
Steam is the one offering the upgrade.
