Um. You shouldn't.

You OC using the BIOS. This has been discussed in the past

But...... you always read up on how you do things and why you do them before you actually try them out. ALWAYS.

don't learn to run wen u can't walk silvervack. I dont trust programs, i do eveyrthing from scratch in the BIOS..read teh manual and do more research before u go into the BIOS cuz if u do something wrong, u might fry something..jsut read up as mentioned and ask ur friends or people that are farmiliar with it to help u out..

Read your manual thoroughly about your setting and take a looks at this BIOS guide:
