Ok decided on this:

SHUTTLE AS45GT (officially supports 333)
corsair 333 512
p4 2.4

1) will the SHUTTLE AS45GT support my old nVidia 256?
2) If not what is a good not to expensive vid card?
3) Should I go with a new radeon with 8x AGP? (and just pay it off on my cc?) Or stick with an nVidia Ti4200 128ram
4) case (antec?) with 350 or what PS?

5) While im at it HD? under 80 gig (40 gig will suffice) but fast.

thanks again!

I think the Mobo combo is nice, but I think you are going to have some troubles with the NVdia 256. As for the radeon, I have one. Dont get there. Radeon's are such a pain, even more so if you are a gamer, and if you run winxp...

There drivers are horrible, the new catalyst drivers don't work with half the games out and the original drivers seem to be the only stable ones. 6071 for xp i think is the revision.

I would go with a Gefroce Ti4200, awesome card, good frame and refresh rates. I think you can get them for close to 100 USD. Check oin the chipsets available to see if you can get one that runs the same as your Mobo chipset manufacturer.

Good luck
