L2 latency of 21? Yikes I thought it would have been much lower than that! I have an original Celeron, even that has an L2 lat of 0 (should be 7 but I hacked it).

Hmmm, think I'm gona check the L2 on my AMDs.

nevermind....this one is L1=2, L2=19. My work rigs a 2.4 (400FSB) 850 chipset machine. So this means what? Cause this box has been a rock for like 2 1/2 years.
