brand new laptop! hehe

so i just got this laptop from my school, gunderson high school; in san jose california. its pretty ga*. its a freakin ibook g4 800mhz 384mb ram, 30g hdd.

its wack i am totally locked out of any administrative privaliges. is there any way to hack the code or any other means of getting the password.
i mean for gods sake i cant even create a new connection to access my network. i cant do anything

I don't think many people here will know anything. I'm guessing that your best bet is google or a new OS. Sorry bro, have you tried google yet?

exactly this laptop is for use in and out of school. but i need to find a way to get admin privalages. i am hoping u guys can help. basically the way its set up i cannot do anythin what so ever except run the assigned software. even though the software is pretty cool and stuff its not what i want... well except for tony hawk 4 hehe

I gathered that he wanted to gain administrator rights so he could set up a network connection at home.

The sites that SS and TH provided should be of some service.
