There seems to be a whole forum on this subject

Hang on, I think I found the light switch!

Ok, seems this is not a new idea, someone has been here before.

Therefore I have 2 suggestions:
1) find (if still available) the original teams and join in. My guess would be somwhere near the bottom, going by the age of posts here.

2) Join the OCN under a USER called TweakNews and get in on the top action (and a little pirate humour

).

The choices are yours, hell this forum is yours and you never knew it was here

I finally got an award=OFFICIAL ROCKSTEADY AWARD and then one time... at tweaknews dene gave me a A+++++++....
and then...
i got a couple josh awards too
an' den one of those too -->... Ж award

Read first post, the only viable choices are there.

You could start a new team, but there may be probs if any old members are still crunching, team name may not be available.

Think we need a vote on what action to take.

Ok i will help with what ever i can ... you tell me what to do and i'll hook it up, my pc is lonley for 8-10 hrs a day without me being here .No problem to put it to good use while i am not home

Before anyone can join a team, they must first rgister on the site:

http://app.d2ol.com/memberServices/memberLogin.jsp

click "register here" and follow the easy instructions. after that you can select which team to join and can register any additional nodes to your name / team.

You can also view any of your best work from your login page.

*Remember* you can change teams at any time.

Mark me down for about 6Ghz of computing power when we get the go ahead.

Phrozen, you will definately need to size down that avatar. The limit is 80pixels by 80 pixels. That avatar will take up almost 1/2 the screen with someone using low resolution.

Weaze, JD, download the client and register, you might as well have some work units to contribute to the team when it's founded

There is no excuse not to get crunching, any work units you gain will be credited to the team when you join. :)

Crunching = intensive calculations. Crunching numbers means that you are going through alot of calculations. Its alot like a rock crusher in a quarry processing large rocks.

alrighty, Now all I have to do is DL the stuff that is needed. And get is running. I guess I can fire up my little shuttle box to work on this too, WOOT 12.35 ghz of computing goodness.

Oh and I also got my brother interested in helping out the TN team. I am not sure how many computers he is going to throw into the cause. But it should be a fair number.
