Whilst i am currently unable to get mroe fans, i happened upon some good deals at AutoZone (hey... i have a '85 Dodge Ram... they almost know my name there) I picked up some purplish / blue tubing and a pack of 150 coloed cable ties (came out to like $7.50) anyways it was some very simble work (cut the wires, like you would tape them, and the tubing has cuts along the side) and just tied it ioff, here's what it looks like. if you wanna see a befre / after kinda thing my case should be in the gallery.

it wont have a TON more room in my case either though man.......but i have a cooling solution waiting for it whenever you get YOUR vid card situation figured out.....=]

Gotta love the way loom mods help cooling.
I can't tell if you have a blowhole but i think you really need one
