web content control

alright as you might already know i started a post called "connecting two pooters". i have both p.c.'s on the web as of now. wait here is the basic set up...
modem-my rig-secondary rig
the secondary rig is basically my brothers. he is always downloading porn and all kinds of other ill shi*. is there a way i can limit what he accesses on the web seing as how he is connected through my p.c.? so in other words i am a web access server can i control his content from this rig?

You can limit the sites he can go to through the Internet options. Turn security WAY up and password protect it. If a site gets blocked that he actually needs to go to, you can put in the password and select the option to always allow viewing there.

I'm sure there are a few pieces of software out there too, but this way is free!

You can try to seach for some software but maybe someone else may know how to do it?

You could play aroun with the admin rights on his comp and block sites via his comp and leave him unable to change it?

There ARE progs to stop access to certain sites, i know my old school had one and there is no way past them. I think it may have been called Net Op?

Norton Internet Security would do the trick right, I hate the thing, but sounds like it'd fill your requirements, if he doesn't game a lot.
