Guys, well I found it.
Everyone that wants to overclock their clock locked radeon cards can now do it. Some kind people have kindly taken out the clock locking programming in your Catalyst Drivers for you.
You have to download the latest overclocking friendly drivers here:
http://www.techpowerup.com/softmod/downloads.php
It WORKS!!  Yay for free performance.
GO GET THEM IF YOU COULDN'T OVERCLOCK YOUR CARD BEFORE!

YAY, I knew there had to be someway around the locks. Now D'Arcey and Sean can play D3 a bit more smoothly.

Uninstall your drivers, install the drivers on that page and BAM, you can overclock with your favorite utility again.
YAAAAAAY!

Damn, now I have the cr4ppiest gfx card on the forum again, at least b4 it was better than a 9200 cuz I could OC, now its.............
