the bb0060 (and 50) tend to have a small overheating problem... i myself (0050) had to reset the modem every time i hit over one meg per second. so i modded it (pics of that eventually)
my friend just got the 0060 and was having the same problem (the second 0060 i've modded actually) so here's what i did to that particular one.
Zalman heatsink on the proccessor of the thing and it's ram., and a wire mesh on top
