I think that the GOO came from someone talking about the non-conductive fluid that someone had used to cool his entire motherboard. Or it might have come from when someone mentioned some fluid that can be used in watercooling systems that is non-conductive. Either way LONG LIVE GOO!

Mmmm... Goo. Maybe freezing it in dry ice... That would HAVE to work.... Actually, all kidding aside, I think that could work. Except of course the whole part about it evaporating after a while.
