|
|
| I have a real hard time adjusting my SyncMaster191T...I know it's supposed to go up or down 2 inches, but there seems to be a lot of resistance. If anyone else has this problem, do you have any suggestions? I don't want to put to much pressure on the screen trying to move it. |

It wil take a firm smooth pull to adjust the height, this is normal.
Without the restriction, the monitor would fall back down. _________________ Owner & Administrator

Thanks, Nathan. I apologize if this is a ridiculous question, but when you reviewed this model, was it at maximum height out of the box? I only ask because if it does indeed require a firm pull, I don't want to be pulling when it obviously won't adjust any higher. I appreciate your help on my somewhat odd question. |

I reviewed it at its standard height. Just give it a firm pull and it will adjust.
And don't ever worry about what question you ask, big or small, we answer them all. _________________ Owner & Administrator
