If someon has a tornado as a case fan blowing directly on another tornado thats ona thermaltake heastink will this distrubte the tornado on the heatsink , is it better he flip the window so the fan is blowing on his motherboard? or just leave it the way it is.

I think that this would be better posted in the cooling section.

But to answer your question. It depends on the dimensions we are talking about. Yes it could cause problems. The best way to tell though is to try both ways. That way you have the experience with what works best for that type of application.

well EVOpilot is too damn lazy to trial it so hes like ti wont do crap and im like nate said not to have a case fan above your processor, so he slike i dont care

it all depends on what the airflow will do. it varies from setup to setup. that is why it is trial and error. it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes or so to come to a conclusion.

i had a side fan above my cpu cooler....but its a jet4 so it didnt affect anything TOOO much....but since i flipped the window to blow in the vid card.....case temps have benn about 1-2 deg better

^^^^^ that is very common. I did the same thing with my X-Dreamer II and had the same kind of results. I have played around with different locations for a side fan and the best results that I got were with it located at or about the middle of the vid card.
