I just sold mine for 330 and that was a good deal for the person that got it...

They are worth 360ish... Would reconsider your price range.

Can someone tell me why they decide to stop making this ram even though it is considered to be some of the best ram?

Small market for it as far as I know, most people now want higher speed memory, which they are making now.

Plus it wasn't the cheapest to make.
