Anyone know a good dial up accelerator?

i heard of these dial up accelerators that reduce the quality of pics that download on your browser so you can load the page faster. anyone know of a good dial up accelerator? one that doesnt have any spyware.

Here is one that I use. Cant promise that it will make it faster, but it has a walk through wizard to set everthing to the best setting for your system. Works on any connection type. I picked up a lil more on upload times after using it.

watch for spyware on these guys.

Do some research and make sure they are legit and clean.
