I just joined two week ago and I am already having to invent another password again. I tried to log in several times and it would not work. What is your policy for inactive accounts? More importantly , what is the maximum amount of time I can go before you reset my password, without my knowledge. Is there a setting I need to adjust in my preferences to avoid having to reset my password frequently ?
