thats the biggest heatsink ive ever seen in my life wow, its so big it doesnt even need to use fan in order to cool off a P4 or athlon XP i love those heatpipes.

I believe this should be listed under the cooling section.

But anyways it does need a fan to cool a p4. If no fan is used when the cpu is under load the temp rises to 85c. This is the point of thermal shut down.

And also this cooler is not intended for the xp but rather p4 and A64.

er ya lol K8 is amd64 right? plus it disipates heat so well i belive it does not need a fan unless you really run the heck out of your processor becasue i tihnk i read soemwhere else that they used it without a fan and was getting good low temps. i cant imagine puting a tornado on that beast holy crap major cooling lol.
